We want all students to achieve excellent outcomes and we measure this not just by examination results, but by where students get to as a result of their experiences at Brighouse High School. We aim to ensure that they are prepared for their future steps in education, employment and the rest of their lives. Outstanding careers education, information, advice and guidance provision (CEIAG) is therefore an intrinsic part of our curriculum across the whole school.
The Quality in Careers Standard (QiCS) awarded in 2021 confirmed that our CEIAG is fully meeting all of the national accreditation criteria, including the Gatsby Benchmarks.
We are proud of the aspirational destinations secured by our students and we place great value in the motivation that our alumni can give to our current students.
